Estates Manager, Somerset
Exciting new opportunity! Do you have experience in estates and facilities management within the public sector?
CAT is seeking to appoint an Estates Manager to lead and support our family of academies and site management teams in operating the school sites securely and cost-effectively, and in delivering a clean, safe, sound and secure working and learning environment for staff, pupils, parents and community users.
This is a new role and offers an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in estates and facilities management within the public sector. The successful candidate should be able to provide evidence of managing large capital projects and an understanding of the priority to safeguard staff and students, and an appreciation of how safe buildings and settings support this priority.
The Estates Manager will be based in one of our academies in Bridgwater but would be expected to travel to CAT premises in Somerset and to other CAT premises on an occasional basis.
